treEVOLVE

tl;dr: Mixed-use complex for Redhook, New York, using engineered timber. Situated in an area at high flood risk (climate change; hurricanes), there is heavy emphasis on building's life cycle – expressed through a modular system, that can be plugged into existing infrastructure.

Project Status: Submission for Timber in the City Competition. Proposal completed 2013.

Team & Role: KALM studios (Katherine Teague, Alex Garkavenko, Linda Xin & Manasi Punde). Responsible for 1/4 of everything.
